Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on the Website. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred.

Sales taxes or other taxes may apply depending on the location of the order. These taxes will be added to your total price during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping and delivery policies are outlined on our Products page. We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeframe, but we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or carrier issues.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Crafted Comforts pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policies are outlined on our Products page. Generally, we accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery, subject to certain conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.

7. Custom Furniture Orders

Orders for custom furniture require a non-refundable deposit. We will work with you to design your custom piece according to your specifications. Changes to the design after a certain point may incur additional charges.

Due to the unique nature of custom furniture, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed-upon specifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crafted Comforts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Website; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Website; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Website by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Website; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

In no event shall Crafted Comforts’ aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Website exceed the amount you paid to Crafted Comforts, if any, during the six (6) months prior to the cause of action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website.

Crafted Comforts reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
